The simple and elegant design, combined with combinations of five heights and three different widths, makes the YOUR BOX option extremely versatile and therefore easily available to customers with different needs and types of garages who, in just a few hours, can equip themselves with an insulated door, safe and fully automated.

YOUR BOX contains all the elements necessary for the installation of the sectional door. Components designed and manufactured in Italy with the best technologies, for a high-performance aesthetic and functional result.

From the elegant, galvanized steel panels to the tracks for vertical sliding, up to the motorized lifting systems and safety for a risk-free use. Each element finds space inside a sturdy and compact carton box, ideal to be stored and transported with great ease.

CHARACTERISTICS

Panels Solid and essential, YOUR BOX is made with Secur-Pan panels of 495 and 615 mm high by 42 mm thickness, composed of two opposed sheets in galvanized steel with patented anti-pinching shape. The coat is available in the brilliant white colour C21 and is characterized on the outside by the “Flat” and “Multi” stucco embossing, while inside the panel is embossed with stucco effect and equipped with ribs with longitudinal reinforcement channels. The coupling, without thermal bridge between internal and external metal sheet, is made by CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation and injected with a continuous foaming process. Two longitudinal steel reinforcing plates, drowned in polyurethane, finally serve to secure the fixing of hinges and brackets.

Tracks

For an always perfect sectional sliding, the door tracks are made of galvanized steel coupled profiles.

The vertical part consists of a couple of tracks profiles for the wheels sliding, fixed to special corner profiles to be installed on the wall.

In the same way, the horizontal part is also composed of a couple of profiles for the wheels sliding.

These, however, are curved and designed to be fixed to horizontal “C” profiles with track support, on which the adjustable limit switch bumpers, the ceiling hanging support brackets and the rear template are placed.

Besides, the joint between the curve and the vertical portion is carried out with a special system of hidden screws.

Lifting and handling

Fully motorized, to allow even more practical and comfortable use, YOUR BOX is equipped with the Traction System lifting system, with tension springs positioned on the vertical tracks, and lowered STO sliding system with tension springs and headroom of 95 mm.

The pulling drive motor CE marked features a 220 V single-phase power supply and is complete with courtesy lamp, mechanical limit switch unit, torque limiter with motion reversal device, radio control receiver and a two-channel remote control with open-close-stop function.

Equipment and safeties

YOUR BOX is designed to always guarantee maximum practicality and safety. Inside every kit are always included:

– Brackets and hinges made in galvanized steel with spacing wing that grants panels’ rotation.

– Single sliding rollers.

– Aluminium label with door identification data, CE marking and key warnings.

– Assembly, use and maintenance instruction handbook, containing the certificates required by current legislation.

Dimensions

YOUR BOX is available with 5 different heights and 3 different widths, to combine according to the features of every single garage.

Packaging

The packaging is made by a resistant cardboard box with fixed dimensions width 830 mm and height 210 mm. The length it may vary from 2700 to 3200 mm according to the panels’ dimensions.

Finally, the packaging is supplied on pallets with five doors of same sizes.
